Numerous testimonies are coming in of Muslims from around the world who are having dreams and visions of Jesus.
I ran across an article regarding the issue of various Muslims who are saying that they’ve seen the Lord Jesus appearing to them in dreams. It’s an article from the Alliance of Biblical Integrity, written by Dave James.
In the article, James makes the case that these Muslims could not have possibly seen Jesus because dreams and visions simply don’t happen anymore.
He says that his main concern is the purity of the Gospel and that for this reason, he cautions all Christians regarding any and all moves of the Holy Spirit, especially when it comes to this particular issue.
Well, my friends, we really need to pray for Dave James. He may feel that he’s sticking up for the Gospel, but he’s really doing a great disservice to believers everywhere.
If I could pinpoint the main problem with the church today, it’s that we’ve stopped believing in moves of the Holy Spirit: miracles, signs and wonders. Our church leaders have become just like the Pharisees of old who didn’t accept that God was doing something different than what they expected when he sent the Lord Jesus to die for our sins. They expected a great conqueror like King David, who would take back Israel from Rome. The Lord warned us that if our righteousness did not exceed that of the Pharisees, that we would be lost.
There’s only one thing left to do. In the words of my old high school gym teacher, “Let’s go to the tape!”

VERSE OF THE DAY
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. — Hebrews 13:5-6 (KJV)
